Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for 1-2-1 Sessions (Swimming, Cycling, Running): 1. Booking and Scheduling: 1.1 All 1-2-1 sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. 1.2 The client is responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process, including any relevant health conditions or concerns that may affect the session. 2. Payment and Fees: 2.1 Payment for 1-2-1 sessions is due in advance of the scheduled session. 2.2 Any additional fees, such as facility fees or equipment rentals, will be communicated to the client in advance. 2.3 Late payment may result in the cancellation of scheduled sessions. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: 3.1 Clients must provide at least [specify the time, e.g., 24 hours] notice for session cancellations or rescheduling. 3.2 Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee. 3.3 The coach reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, and reasonable efforts will be made to communicate such changes in advance. 4. Refunds and Unused Sessions: 4.1 No refunds will be provided for missed or unused sessions unless otherwise specified in writing by the coach. 4.2 Unused sessions may not be carried over to a different time period or transferred to another individual. 5. Client Health and Safety: 5.1 Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions or concerns that may affect their ability to participate in the session. 5.2 The coach reserves the right to assess a client's fitness level and may recommend modifications to the session based on the client's health and abilities. 6. Liability and Waiver: 6.1 Clients understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with swimming, cycling, or running sessions. 6.2 Clients are required to sign a waiver releasing the coach from liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the session. 7. Confidentiality: 7.1 Any information shared between the client and the coach during 1-2-1 sessions will be treated with confidentiality. 7.2 The coach may use session data for the purpose of improving services, provided that the client's identity remains anonymous. 8. Termination of Services: 8.1 The coach reserves the right to terminate services if a client fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe. 9.
